In all countries where our datacenters are located, quarantine measures and other restrictions have been enacted. Where possible, our employees work remotely. Duty shifts in some data centers are available in a limited mode, depending on the conditions and requirements of state authorities.
Please note that the delivery times for components and other goods, as well as the periods for performing remote hands services, may take a little longer than usual.
We ask that you do not schedule, if possible, to visit datacenters for non-critical maintenance and use remote hands services instead of visit in person. If the maintenance can be rescheduled, we recommend planning a different date for your datacenter’ visit.
